It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce F. Winter of Millheim, Pennsylvania, born in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William S. McCool and Orpha L. McCool (Orndorf); her grandson Brett Rossman; and her siblings, Gerald McCool and Sharon Stitzer.
She is survived by: her husband Franklin D. Winter; her daughters, Cindy Gramley (Gary) of Centre Hall and Brenda Rossman (Terry) of Spring Mills; her brothers, Gene McCool (Fran) of Aaronsburg and Curtis McCool (Pam) of Spring Mills; her grandchildren, Terra Deithorn (Eric), Jamie Smith (Tony) and Jesse King (Carolyn); her stepgranddaughter Adrean Fortuna; and her great grandchildren, Memphis, Oaklee, Alexander, Bentley, Wyatt, Lucas, Kora and Koty. She is also survived by four step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Joyce may be given to Penns Valley EMS or to the American Heart Association.
