Hazel Betack Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Betack of Millheim, Pennsylvania, born in Shintown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 18, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wolfe and Bertha "Steiger" Wolfe; her husband Edward Betack; and her siblings, Marian Rishel, Lila May, Bernice Zerby, Rose Ackerman, Virginia Wingard, Paul Wolfe and Betty Wolfe.
She is survived by: her daughter Yukona Weaver (Gary) of Millheim; her grandchildren, Ashlie Asendorf (Cary) of Lemont and Damien Weaver of Moshannon; her brother Jennings Wolfe (Betty) of Millheim; her great grandchildren, Kobe, Kaden Asendorf and Wyatt Lutz; and also Ernest Day.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Hazel may be given to Penns Valley EMS, 106 Ross Hill Road, Spring Mills, PA 16875.
