He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Lawrence and Naomi Mary Seiber (Potter); his wife Nancy Lee Hughes of Millerton, PA.; his children, Shari, Richard Pascuzzo of Sayre, PA, Stanley, Tara Seiber of Memphis, TN, Jacqueline and David Franke of Tully, NY.; his stepchildren, Romanda Wayne, Jessica Morgan, April, David Fox, Dean, Sabrina Hughes and McGarret McManus; and also, James Seiber and Judy Gist. He was also cherished by many grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
