We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2023, at the age of 81, Stanley David Seiber of Millerton, Pennsylvania, born in Binghamton, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Lawrence and Naomi Mary Seiber (Potter); his wife Nancy Lee Hughes of Millerton, PA.; his children, Shari, Richard Pascuzzo of Sayre, PA, Stanley, Tara Seiber of Memphis, TN, Jacqueline and David Franke of Tully, NY.; his stepchildren, Romanda Wayne, Jessica Morgan, April, David Fox, Dean, Sabrina Hughes and McGarret McManus; and also, James Seiber and Judy Gist. He was also cherished by many grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
