He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Bitler, Jonnie Bruce Hollingsworth and Judith Hicks; and his uncle Edward McBride (Donna Bitler). He is survived by: his parents, Martin E. Bitler of Pine City, NY and Debbie Hollingsworth Bitler of Virginia; his grandmother Catherine Bitler; his stepgrandmother Nancy Jo Hollingsworth; and his aunts and uncles, William (Marie Bitler), Joan McBride, John (Evette Bitler), Lawrence (Margaret Bitler), Thomas (Brenda Hollingsworth), Ronald (Leslie Hollingsworth), Donna Cummings and Laura Honnycut.
