He is survived by: his wife Hope; his mother Joan Austin of Millerton, PA; his stepfather Richard Austin of Millerton, PA; his sons, Lewis Richard White of Covington, PA, Jeremiah White of Millerton, PA and Conner White of Millerton, PA; his grandsons, Waylon and Lincoln; his brother Steve Austin (Heather) of Tioga, PA; and his nephews, Chase Austin and Hayden Austin.
