He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Benjamin (Webb) and Robert Benjamin; his former wife Darlene Marie Benjamin (Grinnell); his stepfather David Scriven; and his sister Gloria Scranton.
He is survived by: his wife Christina M. Benjamin of Millerton; his children, Lesley Heintzelman (Michael) of Millerton, Jeannine Reese of Mansfield and Matthew G. Benjamin of Millerton; his stepdaughter April Dake (Ricky) of Millerton; his grandchildren, Kayla, Paige, Logan Heintzelman, Zachary, Carlie, Cameron Reese, Megan and Alisha Benjamin; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob, Ashley and Caleb Heater; his stepgreat-grandsons, Dalton and Derek Heater; his sister Linda Rossman (Paul) of Corning, NY; and his brother-in-law Denny Scranton of Corning. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
