She is survived by: her husband Robert Appleby, Sr.; her children, Robert Appleby, Jr. (Linda), John Appleby, Michael Appleby (Ruth) and Stephanie Goldsmith; her grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Woodruff (Nick), Ben Appleby (Nicki), Justin Appleby (Jessica), Jessica Appleby, Michael Appleby, Lisa Appleby, Julian Goldsmith (Katie) and Kailee Church (Brent); and her close friend Patsy Chapman. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
