He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver C. Manning and Mary Sickman Manning; and his siblings, Pauline Charles, Helen Denlinger, Verna Hess, Howard, Harry and Martin Manning.
He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Scott; his wife Peggy Sheets Manning; his son Robert Manning (Kimberley Pindell); his granddaughter Kayla A DeVault (Aaron DeVault); his great grandchildren, Carter, Elias and Everly DeVault; his granddaughters, Jessica R Manning and Carolyn G Corkery (Landon Corkery); his great grandchild Jeffrey Manning (Wendi Martin); his sister Hettie; his brother-in-law Ronald Courtney; and also, Evan J, Elise R and Nathan J Manning.
