He was predeceased by: his parents, Nina McMican (Higginson) and Claude F. McMican; and his stepdaughter Andrea Francos (William). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Benjamin (Osweiler); his children, Michael L. McMican (Julie) and Tracy Loftsgard (Mike); and his stepchildren, Teresa Benjamin, Rita Beck (David Dreyer), Kathleen Langsett, Herbert Benjamin and John Benjamin. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
