She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Hoover, and Mildred E. Hoover, Sr. (Posten); and her siblings, Edith Heider, Helen Workman, Donald Hoover, William Hoover, Janie Hoover, Jacob Hoover, Jr. and Robert Hoover.
She is survived by: her husband George Kenna Overly; her children, Sheila Neff (Randy) of Hillsgrove, Mark Overly (Patti) of Leola and Lisa Campbell (Tom) of Highville; and her brother Richard Hoover (Patricia) of Christiana. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; a great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Millie may be made to the charity of one's choosing.
