She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Marlin Rhoads and Naomi Rhoads (Oberholtzer); and her sister Shirley Ann Phipps. She is survived by: her husband Harry J. Perkins; her daughters, Karen Sue of Lancaster and Anita (Jason Witmer) of Ephrata; her grandsons, Justin and Adam Witmer of Ephrata; and her sisters, Linda (Steve McClain) of Marticville and Lois (Bob Murr) of Fayetteville.

Interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Missions Fund at Calvary Church.
