He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kris; his daughters, Kelly (David Reel), Kim (Todd Ament) and Krista (Eric Lahouchuc); his grandchildren, Jenna (Peter Darrenkamp), Jaime Reel, Mitchell Reel and Sarah Ament; his parent Lancaster; and his brother Doug Kyle (Barb). He was also cherished by extended family and friends.
