He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl A. Mowery, Sr. and Evelyn Mowery (Lefever); and his brothers, Carl A. Mowery, Jr. and Michael J. Mowery. He is survived by: his wife Connie L. Mowery (Herman) of Millersville; his children, Billy L. Mowery of Mountville, Robert K. Mowery (Kimberly) of Landisville, Donald M. Mowery (Gail) of Millersville, Richard W. Wissler, Jr. (Tanya) of Willow Street and Michelle L. Barshinger (Jeffrey) of York; his sister Robin S. Shultz (Brian); and his sister-in-law Kimberly J. Mowery. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
