He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Laukhuff Matos; and his brother Joseph Matos. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Hagy Matos of Mount Joy; his son David Tyler (Kelly Ann Matos) of Lititz; his grandchildren, Olivia Ann and Owen David Matos; and his siblings, Craig (Amy Matos) and Elaine.
