She was predeceased by: her son Dennis Martin. She is survived by: her husband Lewis C. Martin; her daughters, Lewanne Martin and Jolynn Shenk; and her grandchildren, Alyson Shenk and Neal Shenk (Tiffany). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or Masonic Village Hospice.
