Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Wilbur Rowe of Millerstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 71, on February 28, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Rosa Rowe, Sr. (Keller); and his brothers, Russell Rowe and Walter Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Carol Rowe (Carl); his brother Harry Rowe, Jr. of Mechanicsburg; and his sister-in-law Esther Rowe of Elliottsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
