He was predeceased by: his parents, Loy A. Cramer and Irene Cramer (Lindsey). He is survived by: his wife Elaine A. Cramer (Varner); his children, Brittany J. Cramer of Bensalem and Tyler J. Cramer (Amanda) of Duncannon; his brother Donald W. Cramer (Catherine) of Millerstown; and his grandson Jacob M. Cramer. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
