It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Harp (Millerstown, Pennsylvania), born in Forks, Washington, who passed away on March 28, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Frederick R. Harp, Jr.; her children, Marek Alistar Yarbrough (Heather) of Newark and Melinda Suzanne Harp (Mark Rhoades) of Newport; her sisters, Eileen Allen of Seattle, Marilyn Warren and Alice Lindgren; and her granddaughter Hannah Yarbrough of Newark California. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
