He was predeceased by: his parents, Cataldo Muggio and Violet Muggio (Dressler); and his siblings, Joseph, Ralph, Harold Muggio, Katherine "Sis" Rothermel, Sabelle Baker and Lois Beuchel.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Ritz (Jim) of Middletown; his granddaughter Jessica Krotser (Brandon) of Harrisburg; his great grandchild Myca; and his siblings, Janet Chubb of Millersburg, Fairlee Underkoffler of Millersburg and Larry Muggio of Williamstown.
