She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Sultzbaugh and Sallie Sultzbaugh (Yerges); her husband Albert F. Novinger; her siblings, John Sultzbaugh and Anna Schroyer; and her granddaughter Heather Shuyler.
She is survived by: her children, John A. Novinger (Darlene), Sallie A. Meyer of Simpsonville, SC, Thomas L Novinger (Susan) and Milllersburg; her sister Joan Feidt (Glenn); her grandchildren, Tracy Bixler (Steve), Brian Novinger (Angela), Michael A. Meyer (Nichole) and Misty Novinger; her great grandchildren, Daniel Bixler Spring Glen (Ariel Kuntzleman), Hunter Novinger of Loveland, CO., Hanna Novinger, Parker Shuyler and Kylie Novinger; and her close friend Robert Koppenhaver.
