Hoffman (Sandra), Sheila Hoffman of Findlay, OH and Sheena Apostolopoulos (Steve); his siblings, Jay (Vicki), Faye Glenser (Paul), Ruth Musser and Gladys Bowser; his grandchildren, Todd Haug of Cape Giradeau, MO, Trajan Robertson, Jaylen Robertson, Jaxon Apostolopoulos, Cory Hoffman (Emily), Tyler Hoffman (Erika) and Jessica Willow (Travis); and his great grandchildren, Lacy Hoffman, Raya Hoffman, Marshal Hoffman, Miah Willow and Arilynn Willow.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hillside Christian Fellowship (807 State St, Millersburg, PA 17061). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
