He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Hepner. He is survived by: his mother Betty Hepner (Lehman); his wife Jane Hepner (Douty); his children, Tiffany Caudle (Jeff) of Austin, TX and Brian Hepner (Angela) of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Alivya, Evan and Nolan; and his brothers, Rich Hepner of Millersburg, Doug Hepner of Brogue and Dennis Hepner of Halifax. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
