He was predeceased by: his father Earl Collins. He is survived by: his mother Donnalee Collins (Wagner) of Wiconisco; his fiancé Kelly; his sons, Kolt Collins, Brent Collins of Liverpool, Sean Collins of Lancaster and Jordan Collins of Ephrata; and his brothers, Kevin Collins (Angela) of Harrisburg and Todd Boyer (Tina) of Millersburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
