He is survived by: his wife Linda Ramsey; his stepchildren, Stephanie Miller (Randy) and Michael Koppenhaver; his grandchildren, Cody Miller (Allison), Kaitlyn Koppenhaver (Isaac) and Tyler Koppenhaver; and his siblings, Shirley, Paul, Sam and Randy. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
