We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Patsy A. Vaclavik of Millersburg, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Emily Kipp (Smith) and Charles H. Kipp; her husband Dr. Richard A. Vaclavik; and her siblings, Esther, Myrle, Mary Louise, Charles, Mervin, Jay and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Vaclavik, Steven Vaclavik (Cheryl) and Jennifer Keeler (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Alex, Sarah Vaclavik, Nathaniel, Sofia Moreno, Anna and Sydney Keeler; her sister Frances Welfley; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. Charles Vaclavik, Harry Pepe, Katie Vaclavik and Evelyn Pepe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She did not have her loving family by her side because this hateful pandemic took away the privilege of her children getting to visit her in her final days.
