She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hoke and Rose Hoke (Shrawder); and her husband Jeffrey Harner. She is survived by: her son Jeremy Harner (Jaclyn); her granddaughters, Lillian and Ella Harner; and her sister Cathy Hoke. She is also survived by Many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
