She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gucky and Elizabeth Goodski-Jacobs (Dlabik); her son Robert Schwartz; her great grandchild Evangeline Tietjen; and her siblings, Anna Kozloski, Elizabeth Ortyl, John Goodski, Paul Jacobs and Al Jacobs.
She is survived by: her children, MaryAnn Percoskie of Bradington, FL, Helen Daly of Milwaukee, OR, John Schwartz of Howell, NJ, Elizabeth DeSaino of Divide, CO, Dorothy Kehoe of Millersburg, Susan Sojka of Millersburg and Carol Mannuzza of Forked River, NJ.. She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren.
