He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy E. Buffington, Chester F. and Barbara J. Seiler; and his close friend Coal Puppy. He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Buffington and Lou Ann Seiler Buffington of Millersburg; his brother Daniel Buffington of Ephrata; his grandmother Marqueen Buffington of Millersburg; and his pet Marge. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
