He is survived by: his stepfather Ivan Reed; his wife Ann Troutman (Snyder); his son Austin Fisher of Newville; and his siblings, Debra Beck of Halifax, Sharon Troutman (Russ) of Millersburg and Ricky Troutman (Annette) of Jim Thorpe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
