It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Walter Suchanick of Millersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 3, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Suchanick and Marion Suchanick; his son Garry Brooks; and his aunt Jayne DeLong. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Suchanick of Houston; his brother Michael (Susan) of Harrisburg; his former wife Nancy Suchanick; and his children, Stephen (Laura) of Shamokin, Jona Diehl (Daniel), Kelly Haupt (Brad) of Paxinos, Brian of Harrisburg and Amanda Yohn (Matt) of Mifflintown. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, two nephews, and numerous cousins.
