He was predeceased by: his parents, William Witmer and Bertha Ossman Witmer. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Witmer (Holly) of Lewistown and Wendy Hoover (Jim) of Millersburg; his grandchildren, Hillary Johnson (Anthony), Brett Witmer and Molly Rodichok (Patrick); and his great grandchildren, Liana Johnson, Noah and Easton Rodichok.
