He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Walter (Pat) and Gladys Walter (Sharrar); and his sisters, Joan Kent and Wanda Hendershot. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Walter (Deibler); his children, Amy Romberger (Nick) of Millersburg and Patrick Walter (Ashley) of Halifax; and his grandchildren, Andrew Walter (Megan) of Halifax, Benton, Vivian and EmmaLee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
