We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2024, at the age of 65, Joan E. Stence (Millersburg, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Patrick Fagan II. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Mae Fagan (Wesley Chavious), Joseph Patrick Fagan (Ashley), Christopher Michael Fagan (Brittany), Sarah Elizabeth Stence, Georgia and Caitlyn; her mother Helen Hoover; and her brothers, Kerry Hoover, John Morgan (Julie Dum), Shermansdale and Larry Morgan (Cindy). She is also survived by Ten Grandchildren and a Great GrandSon.
