He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Burrows and Della Burrows (Ruch); his wife Linda Herb Burrows; his children, Jina Wingard (Todd), Gwen Bingaman (Chad), Chad Burrows and Tamie Burrows Millersburg (John Boyer); his brother Terry Burrows (Elisa); his half-siblings, Fietta Fesig and Jack Underkoffler; his grandchildren, Jordan Knisely (Jessica), Matthew Lontz (Amber), Katie Roadcap (Tyler), Kelsey Welsch (Cody), Alexander Burrows, Tori Wise (Casey), Tyler Wilson, Christian Wingard, Emily Bingaman, Gavin Burrows and Bennett Bingaman; his great grandchildren, Logan, Gatlin, Elizabeth, Madilyn, Sadie, Micah, Ava, Colter, Aaron and Lucy; his niece Jennifer Sassani (Sam); and his nephew Sean Burrows.
