Janet C. Packard Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet C. Packard of Millersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Troy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 18, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Crane and Jean B. Crane (Baxter). She is survived by: her husband Gary Wayne Packard; her daughters, Patti P. Ustynoski (Ken), Debra Novinger (Doug) and Jamie Fulkroad (Rodney); her grandchildren, Allison Cox (Clint), Megan Ustynoski, Lindsay Fulkroad (Josh), Brandon Register and Josh Register; and her brothers, Bill Crane (Nancy) of Canton Pa, Stub Crane (Phyllis) of Troy Pa, Fred Crane (Verena) of Troy Pa and Ralph Crane of Canton Pa. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
