She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorie Snyder and Hilda Snyder (Feese); her husband Charles J. Hoy (Moon); and her siblings, Edith Hollenbach and Marlin Snyder.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Hoy of Millersburg, Ronald Hoy of Newport, Ruth Eshenauer (Warren) of Linglestown and Rita Garza (Cory) of Hertford, NC; her grandchildren, Wesley Hoy, Ryan Eshenauer (Mindy), Amanda and Austin Garza (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Aiden, Alaina Eshenauer and Kai Garza.
The family requests that memorial donations may be made to St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran Church, 324 North Street, Millersburg, PA 17061.
