She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bingaman and Laura Hesser (Wiest); her husband Stanley L. Fulk; her son Terry Fulk; and her brothers, John "Jack" Hesser and Robert "Bob" Hesser.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Joswick of Newport; her grandchildren, Paul Fulk, Leigh-Ann Klinger, Jadee Klinger, Toby Klinger and Micah Klinger; her great grandchildren, Savannah Klinger and Ezra Klinger; and her siblings, Joyce Hesser, Shirley Moore, Audrey (David Clymer) and Emma (Malcolm Reichert). She is also survived by her daughter and grandchildren and especially her two great grandchildren.
