He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Joan Gorham (Thomas) of Ridge, NY and Anna Wolochuk (Erick) of Millersburg, PA; his sisters, Maureen Allen and Josie; and his grandchildren, Isabella, Emily, Matthew, Maximus and Aviana.

The family requests that memorial donations may be made to Memorial Sloan Cancer Center.
