He was predeceased by: his parents, John Titus and Annie Titus; his wife Dareene Kratzer Titus; and his brother Jack Tituts. He is survived by: his children, Donna Murphy (Girard) of Delaware, Tamara Spicher of Millersburg and Frank Jr. (Linda) of Halifax; his grandchildren, Kristen Spicher (Seth), Callie Fenninger (Kyle), Joshua Titus, Erin Fieser and Greg Fieser (Lorin); his great grandchildren, Riley Fieser and Mason Chin; and his sister Betty Dumas of Cambridge, MD..

In lieu of flowers, they ask that donations be made to Trinity UCC in Millersburg, St. John's Lutheran Church in Berrysburg, or the Ned Smith Center in Millersburg.
