He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Matter and Cynthia Matter (Franke); and his wife Alma Lois Lilly Matter. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Matter (Linda) of Elizabethville and Stephanie Hersh (Ed) of Millersville; and his grandchildren, Tony, Kevin, Robbie, Jesse, Carolyn, Benjamin and Sarah.
