She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Chal" Welker; and her father John W. Shomper. She is survived by: her mother Esther M. Shomper (Challenger); her son Thomas Welker (Judy); her grandchildren, Amy Lentz (Jeff), Jeffrey Welker, Gregory Welker (Sambina) and Patrick Welker; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Chase and Emma Lentz; and her sister Anita Schmeidel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in Faye's memory, be made to the Lykens United Methodist Church, 527 North 2nd Street, Lykens, PA 17048.
