With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elmer Allen Tressler of Millersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 25, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee I. Tressler and Pearl Irene Tressler (Miller); his wife Edith Tressler (Phillips); his son James A. Tressler; his son-in-law Charles Ford, Jr.; and his grandson Corey A. Tressler.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce A. Tressler of Millersburg, Catherine I. Ford (Michael Fulkroad) of Millersburg, Jean M. Martz (James A.) of Halifax and Susan K. Hoy (Scott) of Halifax; his grandchildren, Amy Ford, Beth Ford, Charles Ford, III, Brandi Witmer (Rodney), Michael J. Martz, Cameron Hoy (Chelsea) and Jarrett Hoy (Brianna Rowe); and his great grandchildren, Gavin Ford, Breawna Ford, Roman, Milani Ford, Emmalie Enders and Marshall Witmer.
The family requests that memorial donations may be made to either church Armstrong Valley Bible Baptist Church, 2041 Armstrong Valley Rd, Halifax, PA 17032 or St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 324 North St., Millersburg, PA 17061.
