She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Werner and Rita Werner; her son Troy A. Fulkroad; her grandson Alex Fulkroad; and her brother Kermit Werner.

She is survived by: her husband Charles F. Fulkroad; her children, Scott C. Fulkroad (Leisa), Tammy Sheesley (James) and Adrian C. Fulkroad (Michelle); her grandchildren, Tava Warfield (Dustin), Tawnee Sheesley, Keira Fulkroad and Aidan Fulkroad; her great grandchild Cayden Warfield (Millerburg); her stepgrandchildren, Shannon Chubb (Matt), Kristy Warfel (Jordan), Travis Lenker (Melanie) and Matthew Deitrich; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Brayden Chubb, Brinley Chubb, Malone Warfel, Octavia Lenker, Braxton Steinmeier and Addison Steinmeier.
