She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Hartman and Elah Hartman; her husband Robert Alton Howard, Sr.; her brother John Hartman; and her children, Nancy Howard, Vickie Lee Howard and Robert Alton Howard, Jr..

She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Stacy Ann Howard of Shippensburg; her granddaughters, Jessica Lee Warner (Tristan) of Shippensburg and Josslyn Nicole Stine (Chad) of Hummelstown; and her great grandchildren, Robert Alton Warner and Rockston Howard Warner of Shippensburg.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (143 Rife Rd, Millersburg, PA 17061). A burial was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at the Maple Grove Cemetery.

The family requests that memorial donations may be made to her lifelong church, Zion Lutheran Church of Rife.
