We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2021, at the age of 69, Donna Koons of Millersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Sr. Deiter and Betty Solence Deiter; and her siblings, Gordon E. Deiter, Jr., Dorothy Pinkerton and Sherry Nye.
She is survived by: her husband Gregory A. Koons; her daughter Valerie L. Acker (late Thomas Acker); her grandsons, Thomas Acker, Jr. (Nicole), Brett Acker and Nicolas Acker; her great grandchildren, Isabelle, Declan, Hannah-Joy Shaak, Camden and Carley Acker; her sister Debra Hughes (Don); and her siblings-in-law, Carol Deiter, Mary Taylor, Carol Koons and Rodney Koons.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Dimon Funeral Home, 644 E. Grand Avenue, Tower City, who has been entrusted with the arrangements.
