He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry K. "Jim" Franke and Caroline Franke (Ulsh). He is survived by: his pets, Dakota, Holly and Blue Boy; his wife Joanne (Croutharmel) of Millersburg; his son David; his daughter-in-law Gina; and his grandchildren, Brooke and James.
