He was predeceased by: his parents, Carbon Seebold Heckert and Lenora Beaver Heckert; and his sister Judith Heckert Boyer. He is survived by: his wife Janet Heckert; and his children, Donald C. Heckert (Carolyn) and Beverly Bastardi (Gary). He is also survived by 5 granddaughters, and 4 great-grandchildren.
