He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Kratzer and Anna Kratzer (Lenker); his wife Judy E. Kratzer (Kristan); his sons, Jason Kratzer (Stephanie) and Joshua Kratzer; his granddaughters, Vanessa and Sierra Kratzer; his son Robert Earl; and his siblings, Larry Kratzer and Rose Marie Kratzer.
