He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Sr. Fulkroad and Esther Fulkroad (Hoy); his wife Elaine Fulkroad (Werner); his son Troy A. Fulkroad; his grandson Alex Fulkroad; and his siblings, Jack, Jim, Bernard, Donald, Richard, Billy, Doris Schorr, Annabelle Harris and Mary Bingaman.
He is survived by: his children, Scott C. Fulkroad (Leisa), Tammy Sheesley (James) and Adrian C. Fulkroad (Michelle); his grandchildren, Tava Warfield (Dustin), Tawnee Sheesley, Keira Fulkroad and Aidan Fulkroad; his great grandchild Cayden Warfield (Millerburg); his stepgrandchildren, Shannon Chubb (Matt), Kristy Warfel (Jordan), Travis Lenker (Melanie) and Matthew Deitrich; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brayden Chubb, Brinley Chubb, Malone Warfel, Octavia Lenker, Braxton Steinmeier and Addison Steinmeier; and his brother Larry Fulkroad.
