He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Keefer and Mary Keefer (Lebo); and his wife Phyllis J. Keefer (Kissinger). He is survived by: his children, Todd A. Keefer, Tobby A. Keefer (Shelly Troutman) and Michele A. (Robbie Paul); his brothers, Robert E. and David E. Keefer (Beth); his grandchildren, Shawntel, Shane Hoover, Amy Keefer, Seth Keefer, Matthew, Chelsea Troutman, Maggie, Marc Oxendine, Shay Paul (Trisha Smink) and Cassandra Paul; and his sisters-in-law, Millie Artz and Ella Kissinger. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and cousins.
